The Cromarty Brewing Co is a family run business consisting of Craig, Chap and Jenni Middleton. Craig, our fanatical brewer studied the science of brewing at Heriot Watt University and the art of beer making in the student accommodation and flat basements. He applied for grants, got some scary bank loans and managed to get his folks Chap and Jenni in on the deal.
Session strength pale brewed to showcase the great American hop – Amarillo. Amber malt is added to the mash to give an extra dimension and a biscuit base, then the zesty orange and pithy bitterness from the Amarillo takes you for a ride.
Situated in an old creamery (Swannay Farmhouse Cheddar, Swannay Farms) the site itself already has a vast and impressive history. Brewing began in 2006 and bigger plant was installed a year later. A visitor centre, cafe‚ and 20-barrel plant are planned. Supplying to 300 outlets, with seasonal beers available.
Founders Jonny & Tuggy Delap developed the idea of opening a brewery at the Achadunan Estate, a working farm at the head of Loch Fyne in 2000. They aimed to bring quality beer, jobs and tourism to a rural corner of Argyll. Last year, following renovation, Fyne Ales was named eer Destination of the Year in the Scottish Beer Awards.
The Kelburn Brewing Company is a family run business based in Barrhead, East Renfrewshire, Scotland. It is run by Derek Moore, his son Ross and daughter Karen.The company has been expanding regularly over the past 15 years & has won a number of awards including, Champion Golden Beer of Britain, Silver Best Beer of Britain, Champion Beer of Scotland and Champion Beer of Sweden.

Broughton Ales is a brewery in Broughton, in the Scottish Borders. The brewery was founded in 1979 by David Younger and James Collins in Broughton village and was the first initiated Scottish microbrewery. Broughton produces traditional cask conditioned beer, bottled beer and keg beer.

Loch Lomond Brewery
Loch Lomond Brewery started life in our kitchen in Luss on the shores of Loch Lomond. Now having brewed a number of award winning beers including CAMRA Champion Beer of Scotland in 2017 and SIBA Supreme Cask Champion of the UK in 2016, we have recently rebranded to include a number of new beers in cask, keg, bottle and can.
On 14th May 1997, The Inveralmond Brewery opened its doors and began brewing beautiful beer from the heart of Scotland. Perth is the natural location for a brewery, being situated in the very heart of Scotland. The Inveralmond Brewery nestles between the fabulous rolling hills of Perthshire and the mighty Grampian mountain range, with crystal clear rivers all around. This breathtakingly beautiful scenery provided the inspiration for the original recipes.
