On 14th May 1997, The Inveralmond Brewery opened its doors and began brewing beautiful beer from the heart of Scotland. Perth is the natural location for a brewery, being situated in the very heart of Scotland. The Inveralmond Brewery nestles between the fabulous rolling hills of Perthshire and the mighty Grampian mountain range, with crystal clear rivers all around. This breathtakingly beautiful scenery provided the inspiration for the original recipes.
A dark, robust, full bodied beer with a deep malty taste, smooth texture and hoppy aroma. The beer is rich with a well-balanced and satisfying sweetness with chocolate notes.
Innis & Gunn
Innis & Gunn is a brewing company based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Brewed in Glasgow at Wellpark, established in 2003 its beer has become the most popular British bottled beer sold in Canada, and second most popular in Sweden.
The Cromarty Brewing Co is a family run business consisting of Craig, Chap and Jenni Middleton. Craig, our fanatical brewer studied the science of brewing at Heriot Watt University and the art of beer making in the student accommodation and flat basements. After finishing the course with a 1st class degree he went on to do some work in breweries such as Odell’s in Colorado and Cairngorm in Aviemore. It was during this time that he decided he wanted to get his own beers to market. He applied for grants, got some scary bank loans and managed to get his folks Chap and Jenni in on the deal.
New Wave Pale Ale made with the crisp citrus hops from the USA and fresh tropical hops of New Zealand. This beer is perfect for a session, so go on grab a pint and become a Happy Chappy!
Situated in an old creamery (Swannay Farmhouse Cheddar, Swannay Farms) the site itself already has a vast and impressive history. Brewing began in 2006 and bigger plant was installed a year later. A visitor centre, cafe‚ and 20-barrel plant are planned. Supplying to 300 outlets, with seasonal beers available.
Fallen Brewing Company lives in the old Kippen Railway Station surrounded by the stunning Gargunnock and Fintry Hills and The South West Highlands. We brew modern interpretations of classic styles with an emphasis on bold flavours and new world hops. Nothing goes into brewing our beers except pure, soft Scottish mountain water, malts from Warminsters, Crisp, Weyermanns and Fawcetts, the best hops from around the world and our favourite yeast strains. Our keg and bottle products are vegetarian and vegan friendly.
Stewart Brewing was founded in Edinburgh as a local, independent brewery in 2004 by Steve and Jo Stewart and was based on two very simple principles – (1) to produce the highest quality beers possible and (2) to provide an exceptional service to its customers.

Broughton Ales is a brewery in Broughton, in the Scottish Borders. The brewery was founded in 1979 by David Younger and James Collins in Broughton village and was the first initiated Scottish microbrewery. Broughton produces traditional cask conditioned beer, bottled beer and keg beer.
Slater’s Ales – formerly known as Eccleshall Brewery is a very successful family run brewery which was established in March 1995 in its original premises behind the George Hotel in Eccleshall by Ged and Moyra Slater.

Cairn o Mohr
Perthshire’s Cairn o Mohr Winery, situated between Perth and Dundee and now in its 29th year, ferments a wide range of wonderful drinks from anything that grows in the area: strawberries and raspberries from nearby farms; elderflowers and meadowsweet from surrounding fields and all varieties of apples from local orchards and gardens.
